1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the REFERENCE application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this App, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

REFERENCE provides a digital watch collection management platform, including AI-based identification, valuation, and authenticity analysis tools. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify REFERENCE of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the App are strictly for premium subscribers. If you choose to subscribe:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings strictly on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

5. AI, Authenticity & Accuracy Disclaimer

Our AI identification, valuation, and authenticity analysis tools are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the App cannot guarantee 100% precision in identifying watch models, estimating market values, or detecting replicas. The Authenticity Analysis feature is an AI-based estimation and DOES NOT constitute a professional authentication. We are not liable for purchases or sales made based on this analysis. Do not rely on this App for financial, investment, or authentication decisions. Always verify with a professional.

6. User Conduct (EULA)

You agree strictly not to use the App to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the "Authenticity Analysis" or other AI features as a definitive certification for commercial transactions.
• Upload content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the account of any user found violating these terms, and to remove any objectionable content without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of REFERENCE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall REFERENCE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
